(More customer reviews)These work fine. They are equivalent to Unison maximum strength diphenhydramine 50 MG gelcap's. They do the job but don't expect to feel too refreshed because the quality of your sleep will be diminished from taking these drugs which do not allow quality R.E.M. sleep.
As a sidebar, I must inform you that Equate is a Walmart brand and these are under five dollars there.
