(More customer reviews)I've been an insomniac for years and can't take OTCs because most of them give me restless leg syndrome, which keeps me up, and prescriptions may make me drowsy, but I don't stay asleep for very long at all.I've had some special incidences involving Ambien and hallucinations and all those bad stories you hear about.Unfortunately, I'm one of those people that the prescriptions don't work for and end up not sleeping but acting oddly and not remembering much of it.

The package suggest taking two about 30 minutes before sleep, but I have a high tolerance for most things, so I take 3 about 1 hour before sleep and that works for me.I actually get 8 hours of sleep and when I do wake up, it's very easy for me to fall back asleep, which is something I'm not used to.

The ingredients are all natural:melatonin, chamomile, valerian and willowbark.Which is something I really like because I like to know what it is that's going into my body.I'm hoping this continues to work for me, as I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks, as I'm really impressed with it so far.
