I have used the 3 mg with no results so I am happy the 5 mg helps. I don't have any negative side effects. I suffer from much pain but don't want to take pain pills every night. Melatonin 5 mg has helped me achieve a good night's sleep. I wake up about 15 min before my alarm goes off and I don't feel groggy getting started in the mornings. It's great to have a natural product that works.
