This product works great, but the design is hard and not plyable. It hurts my front teeth, keeps me kinda awake and my teeth are that of a normal adult with an overbite.
The first night no problem my wife was amazed and happy sher got a good nihgts sleep besides the fact she kept checking on me to make sure I was alive.....LOL..... The second night was okay then my front teeth were hurting really bad kept me up again, soo I tried to run it under little bit of hot water for a sec.... soften it up, but it would just get hard again when I put in again..... I need something more plyable or something that I can mold to my mouth.
Any suggestions would help.
It might work well for some that need to be a little more stiffer. Also, sorry there was no instructions when the package arrived just the mouthpiece packaged in its case in a padded manilla lope.

Product Description:
Snore Guard is worn during sleep. It uses normal body reflexes to help keep the airway open. The device fits snugly on the upper teeth. When the lower jaw closes, the lower anterior teeth naturally strike the ramp and are induced by natural jaw movement to advance along the ramp moving the lower jaw to a more forward position. An aperture in the device between the upper portion and the lower portion facilitates the passage of air for mouth breathing and attracts the tongue forward. By inducing the lower jaw and tongue to a more forward position, the device induces a more open airway in the user resulting in a significant reduction in snoring. Minor forward movement of the lower jaw, in the range of 2 to 6mm serves to reduce the incidence of snoring.
