(More customer reviews)We use Natrol liquid Melatonin to help our 5 year old ADD boy fall to sleep.We started out with a low dose (1 tsp) and found that 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 tsp in a glass of juice was optimal.In 30 minutes, he is ready to go to sleep.This does not work for all - some kids get vivid dreams and if you give too much they can get nightmares.But at low doses, it is generally well tolerated.Good luck!
