Halleluyah! It works! I get tired and go to sleep more easily on the nights I take it, and canbetter return to sleep in the middle of the night if I do awaken.
I don't always take it, if I am very tired already. SOLUS isn't habit forming.
When I wake up in the morning, after taking it, I may feel a little groggy the first few seconds, but after I wash my face,I am ready to go.
I will definitely keep this product by my bed!
