(More customer reviews)I believe this product does at least half of what it claims to be able to accomplish for those with sleep troubles.I do fall asleep faster but on my worst nights it doesn't help me stay asleep.But it certainly helps me to stay relaxed and I do feel like I fall back to sleep faster than without it.I would recommend it for anyone with sleep trouble but don't expect a miracle.
