(More customer reviews)I wouldn't use this to sleep in cause it's not very comfortable and can be very distracting(which isn't good if you're trying to sleep)..Also the elastic band isn't comfortable at all. If you want one to sleep in better get one made of silk or a softer material than this one..

If you need a blindfold and not a sleep mask than this may do, but not for a sleep mask..
