(More customer reviews)Well...it's not magic, but it does help.It is a great concept and I will keep playing the CD (programmed it to play all night).It has a calming, soothing effect, but does not shut your brain off (wish it would) so you can sleep better...some nights are better than others depending on thought processes, but I will certainly continue to use and recommend to others.
