As a disabled person with troubles sleeping threw the pain I had tried all the over the counter and prescription sleep aids out there. I was given a bottle of Dr. Garbers sleep remedy and slept all threw the night. When I woke up I just took a bit more and fell back to sleep fairly quickly thereafter. I would recomend this product to everyone. There is no drowsy feelings and you don't feel "druged" on this product. If you want to sleep you really should try this product as well as other products that are offered by Dr. Garber.
