Then so tired during the day, fight not to fall asleep every time I sit still for a few minutes.I thought I had tried everything,until I saw this.Decided to try this because I am nearing menopause and have always had hormonal issues. After just a few nights taking this, I'm sleeping well through the night, and feeling rested the next day.
