(More customer reviews)I purchased this product to help with lower back pain.The wedge did smell a bit on the chemical side at first, although I was able to tolerate the odor until it dissipated (something like a week).Most importantly, it helped tremendously with my back.Unfortunately, this lasted only a couple of months, and now the wedge seems to offer little support (the 7" vertical height in the back is now naturally compressed to something like 2").I'm a bit ambivalent about the purchase.Yes, the sleep is worth the money, but I would imagine you could make a more durable pillow.
