(More customer reviews)My physical therapist recommended a pillow with more support to help treat my pinched nerve and neck tightness.This pillow had free shipping, arrived promptly, and has been a welcome change from my normal pillow.I found some sizing templates and guides on another web site.You may need help in measuring, but it seems important to get the right size.I like this pillow much better than the TempurPedic pillow I also tried, which cost almost 3x the price of this one.
