(More customer reviews)I've had sleep apnea and the associated "horrific snoring" most of my life.I even had major reconstructive jaw surgery and septum repair for it 21 years ago, which helped a bit, but it is still a problem.When our local postmaster said a few weeks ago, "I got rid of my snoring problem . . . I divorced him", I panicked about my wife's lack of sleep and ordered this item.
It was like a breath of fresh air - a full breath.I slept better, my wife slept better and we were all happy.
Until it fell out one night and now I can't find the damn thing.It's not that small, but I'm afraid it may have been vacuumed up.So now I am ordering 3 more.Yes, they do fall out on occasion (there are large size ones - maybe that's what I need, but I'm addicted to my Amazon Prime free 2 day shipping, so I'll stick with this one), but they really work for me, so it's worth the risk.
By the way, I find that I also breath better in general both at night and during the day, even when I am not wearing this product.It could be that the expansion lasts a while.I've been missing mine for about 3 days and my breathing is beginning to deteriorate.
