(More customer reviews)The original Extra Strength Excedrin in my opinion is still faster acting and more effective then the so called "Express Gels".I am a long time sufferer from cluster migraines and with the orginal caplets I notice relief about 5-10 minutes faster then with the express gels.Doesn't sound like much time but when your head feels like it is going to pop every second counts!! Works best when you do not normally consume caffeine!
