(More customer reviews)I keep this by my bed at night so just before I go to sleep I inhale it twice deeply and say in my head "I'm going to have a lucid dream tonight." It works very well. Not every time but I'd say about 80% of the time, I have a dream in which I realize I must be dreaming - and become lucid. I already practice other lucid dreaming techniques which must help but if I just want a spontaneous lucid dream I can rely on this inhaler to help me. I think this would be very useful for beginners because there is nothing complicated about inhaling a scent before you sleep!
